Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
We are an integrated industry-and-trade enterprise. Design, R&D, production and export are handled in-house, with two production bases in Shantou and Zhaoqing, Guangdong. Our premises and production lines have been verified onsite by SGS Group.
MOQ depends on the model. Standard hydraulic hinges usually start from 500 to 3,000 pieces, ball bearing slides are quoted per inch (for example 1,200 to 7,500 inches), undermount slides from 500 pairs and slim box systems from 200 to 300 sets. Selected models are available from 10 pieces for sampling.
Yes. We support full customization and sample-based customization, including private-label packaging, laser marking, finish colors and new tooling. We have 33+ years of OEM experience and an R&D team of 24 engineers.
Nine dedicated QA/QC inspectors carry out incoming, in-process and finished product inspection. Our lab runs hinge durability, guide rail fatigue, salt spray, gas spring force, torque, hardness and impact tests, and products have passed SGS testing.
We accept T/T, L/C and D/P payment terms for export orders.
About 60% of our output is exported. Main markets are the Middle East (30%), North America (20%) and Southeast Asia (15%), supported by distribution agents in Pakistan, Mongolia, Vietnam and Lebanon.
